Delivery
Orders will be dispatched within 1–3 days. UK standard postage costs £3.99 for parcels and £1 for small orders such as greeting cards. We offer free delivery on orders over £50.
Our standard delivery is sent via 1st Class Mail and usually takes 1–2 days to arrive; however, this is not a guaranteed delivery timeframe. If you need your order urgently, you can select Express Delivery at checkout. You will be able to choose your preferred shipping option during checkout.
Express Delivery
If you require your purchase urgently, we offer a Next Day Delivery service on orders placed before 12pm. Once you proceed to the payment page, you will have the option to select Next Day Delivery.
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. The cost for this service is £7.50.
Worldwide Shipping
Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that you, as the customer, are liable for any applicable VAT and customs fees.
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail standard airmail delivery.
Return Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email to arrange a refund or exchange.
All returns must be made within 28 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in perfect condition to be eligible for a full refund.
Please note that we are unable to refund personalised orders.
